At Yaseen ul Quran Trust, we are committed to providing transparency and satisfaction in all our religious services, especially for Qurbani bookings such as Waqf Qurbani and Ijtimai Qurbani.
Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds or returns once a Qurbani booking has been confirmed and payment has been successfully processed. This is because we begin the process of Qurbani arrangement and sacrifice preparation immediately after confirmation, especially during the limited window of Eid-ul-Adha.
Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable:
- Waqf Qurbani (sacrifices on behalf of donors, meat distributed in remote areas)
- Ijtimai Qurbani (shared sacrifice, meat provided to participants)
- Any donations made through the website
Please ensure all details are correct before making a payment, as once the Qurbani is scheduled and arrangements are in place, we cannot reverse or cancel the process.
Exceptions (if applicable)
In case of any technical errors such as:
- Double payment
- Incorrect deduction from your account
- Failure in service delivery due to our system or process issues
You may contact us within 3 days of payment at info@yaseenulqurantrust.com with proof of payment. Any such case will be reviewed by our administration, and if approved, we will issue a refund within 7 working days via your original method of payment.
